Hannah: Oh my god, we learned about reproductive systems in health today and I am NEVER DOING ANYTHING WITH A BOY EVER. Lily and I decided to redefine the bases, so now first base is eye contact, second base is communication, third base is doing things together outside of school, and home is holding hands. Maybe hugging.
Me: ...You know, I don't even know what the actual bases are. I think first is... kissing?
Hannah: Yeah, first is probably kissing.
Me: And second is... more... kissing? Multiple... kissings?
Hannah: Second is much kissing. AND LO, I BESTOW UPON YOU MUCH KISSING.
Me: And third is... boobs...?
Hannah: Yeah, third probably involves boobs.
